Create a Water-Proof Barrier
Block water resulting from ice damming, wind-driven rains and normal water flow. A properly sealed roof helps prevent rot and mold.
Helps Protect Against Nature’s Elements
Add a tough, yet beautiful layer of defense with strong adhesion that resists blow offs and helps shed water away from the roof deck. Helps protect the most vulnerable areas such as eaves and peaks.
Optimize Airflow in your Attic
Reduces heat and moisture buildup that can lead to ice damming, roof deterioration, and mold infestation. This helps air flow through the attic to manage temperature and moisture.

Eagle Concrete Tile Roof
Keep your home cooler in the summer while reducing energy costs.
Eagle concrete tile roofs are a smart choice for those who value durability, color selection, and energy efficiency.
Durability
A properly installed concrete tile roof can withstand the elements, from rain and snow to high wind and hail.
- Class A Fire Rated
- Can help lower energy costs through reduced heat transfer with air circulation and concrete’s natural insulating properties
- Conventional Weight Color Thru tile passes freeze-thaw requirements
- Exceeds current seismic load requirements when properly fastened
- Resist damage from hailstones up to 2″ based on testing
- Eagle roof tile is protected by a Lifetime Transferable Limited Product Warranty (must be registered)
Affordability
Concrete roofs last for the life of the structure, making the cost of the roof quite affordable when compared to other roofing materials. Regular maintenance will ensure a low hassle and expense by minimizing the need for reroofing.
A study in 2007, from the National Association of Home Builders, concluded that concrete is only one of three roofing materials that will last a lifetime. Clay tile and copper, on the other hand, are prohibitively expensive when compared to concrete tile.
