12 Step Coating Process
1. Pre-Inspection
Our team of experts will come to your home and provide a thorough house inspection.
2. Trenching
Our work begins by creating trenches 4-6 inches deep around the perimeter of the home where possible. This inhibits capillary action of ground moisture into the wall surface.
3. Hydroblast
This procedure removes dirt, stains, loose paint and any other foreign substance. This also helps us detect any part of the surface that is in need of repair or patching. After hydro-blasting, we are left with a clean, tight surface ready for bonding of primer and the COOL LIFE® Coating.
4. Patch & Repair
We caulk all windows, seams and gaps in wood work and patch masonry cracks to avoid any moisture and any peeling. Patching will help create a sound and uniform surface for coating.
5. Prep Wood
Surface defects in need of repair or patching revealed. Any wood trim that is not repairable would be replaced with brand new wood.
6. Efflorescence Blocker
A clear coating used over stucco and masonry surfaces. Designed to block out high levels of moisture, alkality, and efflorescence in masonry surfaces.
7. Masking
We ensure to cover or mask shrubs, windows and other surfaces for protection.
8. Primer
Our Tru Guard smooth primer is equipped with advanced technology allowing a chemical reaction between the primer and the Tru Block coating which creates a permanent structural bond to the home. After applying the primer we carefully inspect all primed areas.
9. Primer Inspection
Carefully inspect all primed areas.
10. Top Coat
Your home will be protected with our Tru-Guard top coat. This top coat will allow your home to breathe while keeping any moisture out. Our Tru-Guard top coat was specifically formulated for the Southern California climate needs.
11. Detail Trim
100% Acrylic Trim Coat is used for all accent pieces around the home.
12. Final Inspection
Final walkthrough and inspection.
902 Heat Reflective High Build Exterior Coating
A premium quality, high build (up to 18 mils wet film thickness), low luster, 100% Acrylic Latex heat-reflective high build exterior coating for beautifying, protecting and waterproofing exterior wall surfaces. A flexible coating that has an elasticity factor of 400% and is heat reflective.

8875 Elastomeric Waterproofing Underseal
Stretch-Guard 8875 Underseal is a premium quality elastomeric coating that forms a flexible, durable, seamless membrane with 800% elongation. This membrane will stretch as the roof expands and contracts due to temperature changes. Designed to resist ponding water, 8875 Underseal is specified to be used to qualify for the Stretch-Guard Roof Coating System Warranty.

Life’s Stretch-Guard/Cool Life 8840 Roof Coating is a premium quality high solids “Ceramic” elastomeric coating. Cool Life 8840 combines 100% acrylic resins and “Ceramic Spheres” to form a coating system with superior adhesion, durability, weatherproofing, heat deflection and UV Protection. Cool Life 8840 Elastomeric Coating is a Class A (ASTM-E-108) Fire Rated Coating.
